The Opportunity

As a Trimlight Sales Brand Ambassador, you'll be the face of the brand inside retail locations. You'll engage with shoppers, introduce them to Trimlight's innovative lighting solutions, create excitement around the product, and turn conversations into qualified sales opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Engage with customers in retail locations and create interest in Trimlight products
• Proactively approach shoppers and initiate conversations
• Educate customers on Trimlight's features, benefits, and year-round applications
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right lighting solutions
• Generate qualified leads and sales opportunities
• Accurately capture customer information and follow up on opportunities
• Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals

What We're Looking For

• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching customers
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales experience preferred, but not required
• Retail, hospitality, customer service, or other customer-facing experience is a plus
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by uncapped earning potential
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable working at retail locations throughout the market
