    Position Summary
    Were looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at a reputable Club Pilates studio. In this client-facing role, youll work at the front desk and play a key part in helping prospective members begin their Pilates journey. Youll support the General Manager by driving studio membership sales and maintaining a welcoming, professional environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Execute the full sales process: lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales
    • Reach and exceed weekly and monthly membership goals
    • Conduct studio tours and book intro classes with prospective members
    • Clearly explain membership options and pricing
    • Build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
    • Participate in grassroots marketing efforts (events, local outreach, etc.)
    • Assist with front desk operations, including greeting members and maintaining a clean, organized studio
    • Attend team meetings, trainings, and occasional off-site events

    Requirements

    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Goal-oriented with the ability to hit and exceed sales targets
    • Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls per day and closing sales directly
    • Experience using CRM systems or willingness to learn (ClubReady experience a plus)
    • Fluent in English; strong writing and verbal skills
    • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
    • Flexible schedule with availability for at least 2030 hours/week, including at least one weekend day
    • Reliable transportation; occasional travel to local events may be required

    Compensation & Benefits

    • $12 per hour + commission on all sales
