HOTWORX Mount Pleasant is looking for a driven, energetic, people-focused Sale Associate to join our fast-growing infrared fitness studio.

This is not a “sit behind a desk” position. Your success will come from building relationships with prospective members in the studio. We’re looking for someone who thrives in sales, marketing, and community engagement — someone who can inspire both staff and members while driving studio performance.

HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio that combines heat, exercise, and recovery into one powerful workout experience. Members complete virtually instructed workouts inside infrared saunas including:

• Yoga
• Pilates
• Barre
• Core
• Cycling
• Rowing
• HIIT Training…and more.

What You’ll Do

Oversee the daily operations and overall success of the studio including:

Sales & Membership Growth

• Drive membership sales and studio revenue
• Train regularly on consultative sales techniques
• Monitor lead flow, conversion rates, and KPIs

Customer Experience

• Deliver an exceptional member experience
• Resolve member concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Build a positive, energetic studio atmosphere
• Maintain strong online reviews and customer satisfaction

Operations

• Ensure studio cleanliness and operational excellence

Compensation & Perks

• $15/hr
• Performance bonuses: based on membership and retail sales = $300-$1000/month
