- Greeting everyone with enthusiasm and knowledge
- Presenting the OTF concept to potential clients
- Working at the front desk and assisting members
- Providing studio tours and guiding new clients through workouts
- Selling memberships and following up with prospects
- Handling members’ concerns professionally
- Participating in marketing and outreach events
- Ensuring studio cleanliness and organization
