Position Overview
As a Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for potential members and play a key role in growing our community. You'll support studio sales efforts, create exceptional client experiences, and help people begin their journey with Pure Barre.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Membership Sales: Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales.
- Deliver Exceptional Tours: Guide guests through the studio, identify their goals, and introduce them to our unique barre method.
- Hit Personal Sales Goals: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Promote Wellness Culture: Communicate our values and mission as a fitness and wellness provider.
- Engage the Community: Represent the studio at local events such as health fairs, races, and open houses.
- Support Daily Operations:
- Process transactions accurately
- Maintain studio cleanliness (including retail and restroom areas per CDC guidelines)
- Assist with content for social media
- Provide Outstanding Service: Build relationships and retain members through follow-ups and personalized experiences.
Qualifications
- Sales, communication, and customer service skills are a must
- Energetic, personable, and professional demeanor
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others succeed
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working with technology and CRM software (ClubReady a plus)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
