Position Overview
Job Summary
Were hiring a motivated and personable Sales Representative to meet with potential clients, assess tree care needs, and close high-value service deals. This is a 100 commission-based role with leads provided - giving you the opportunity to earn based on your performance while selling services people truly need.
Responsibilities
• Meet with residential and commercial clients in person • Assess tree conditions and make expert recommendations • Present estimates and proposals for services (pruning, removal, etc.) • Build and maintain strong customer relationships • Maintain accurate notes and activity in CRM software • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals • Stay current on best practices in arboriculture and tree care
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in any industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Self-motivated and results-driven Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office Interest in arboriculture, landscaping, or tree care is a plus
Compensation & Schedule
Pay: 100 Commission-Based Uncapped earning potential Schedule: Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays
