Job Title: Sales & Purchasing Assistant
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00/hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 4:00PM

As a Sales & Purchasing Assistant, you'll support accurate sales, purchasing, inventory, and administrative operations. You'll work closely with the accounting and operations teams to deliver results that make a difference.
What You'll Do
As a Sales & Purchasing Assistant, you will be responsible for
Create and process sales orders, purchase orders, and product returns.
Monitor inventory, customer orders, vendor shipments, and production timelines.
Identify delays and improve sales and purchasing efficiency.
Prepare, analyze, and maintain sales and purchasing reports and data.
Support receiving, costing, shipping, purchasing documentation, and departmental communications.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have
A high school diploma with technical sales or purchasing experience, or an associate degree in data processing, engineering technology, or a related field.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Epicor/Kinetic or other ERP software.
Strong multitasking, time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Dependability, attention to detail, a valid driver's license, and the ability to interpret numerical data.
