    This is a collaborative, entrepreneurial organization of approximately 30 employees where leaders are expected to be hands-on, strategic, and actively involved in driving business growth.


    POSITION OVERVIEW

    The Sales & Marketing Manager is an executive-level leadership position responsible for owning the company's commercial strategy and leading revenue growth.

    This individual will:

    • Drive new OEM customer acquisition
    • Manage the sales pipeline
    • Coach the inside sales function
    • Develop strategic marketing initiatives
    • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and Leadership

    Success in this role means becoming the commercial leader of the organization while helping the President transition away from day-to-day sales management and focus on long-term company strategy.

    Approximately:

    • 90% Sales / Business Development
    • 10% Leadership & Team Management

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

    Sales Leadership

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans
    • Prospect and develop new OEM customers
    • Build and maintain a healthy long-term pipeline
    • Drive 15%+ annual revenue growth
    • Lead complex consultative sales processes
    • Manage opportunities with 6–12+ month sales cycles
    • Build executive-level relationships with customers
    • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events

    Leadership

    • Coach and mentor the inside sales representative
    • Guide external manufacturers' representatives
    • Conduct pipeline reviews and forecast meetings
    • Establish sales processes and accountability
    • Improve CRM discipline and reporting
    • Create measurable sales KPIs

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    Partner closely with:

    • Engineering
    • Operations
    • Supply Chain
    • Finance
    • Executive Leadership

    to develop customer solutions.

    Marketing

    • Improve LinkedIn presence
    • Coordinate trade show participation
    • Support email campaigns
    • Increase market awareness
    • Generate qualified inbound opportunities

    REQUIREMENTS

    Must Haves


    Experience

    • 7+ years of technical B2B sales experience
    • Experience selling engineered or highly technical products
    • Experience selling into OEM manufacturers
    • Experience managing complex consultative sales cycles
    • Proven hunter mentality with documented business development success
    • Leadership experience coaching sales professionals
    • Experience managing CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)

    WORKING CONDITIONS

    • Location: Montgomeryville, PA
    • Schedule: Business hours Hybrid
    • Travel: Approximately 20%- typically:Customer visits, trade shows, industry events. 


    COMPENSATION & BENEFITS


    Base Salary $110,000–$135,000

    Bonus: 15–25% Variable Component

    On-Target Earnings: $130,000–$170,000
