Sales Administrator

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Job Summary: We're currently hiring a sales administrator to provide inbound and outbound lead generation support for the residential sales team. Candidates will possess exception communication and customer service skills as well as being highly organized and detailed oriented. Responsibilities and Duties

• Make 150-200+ outbound confirmation calls for residential sales appointments
• Receive inbound residential sales calls and assign to proper parties or set appointments
• Calendar management for a 10+ person salesforce.
• Have a professional manner and be an expert at establishing rapport with clients quickly.
• Validating prospective customer's contact and home information in CRM system.
• Distribute appointment confirmation texts or emails.
• Create a positive experience for all clients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior call center or customer service experience.
• A professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and ambition to succeed.
• Ability to work weekends when necessary.
• Willing to be mentored, and eager to learn.
• Strong computer skills and easily adapts to new technology.

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Appointment Setting: 1 year (Preferred)

Pay is $20.00 to $22.00 hourly depending on exp.

This position is on-site - only local candidates will be considered.
