The Sales Administration Assistant provides administrative support to the Sales Administration department by assisting with inventory ordering, new equipment sales processes, reporting, invoicing, and document management. This role helps ensure sales transactions and related records are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and code vendor invoices.
  • Enter and maintain equipment order information.
  • Monitor and manage work orders throughout the sales process.
  • Assist with equipment sales reporting and invoicing.
  • File, scan, and maintain sales documentation and records.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Sales Administration team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Two to five years of administrative or office experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and data entry skills.
  • Ability to learn new systems and adapt to changing processes.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
