A positive attitude, openness to feedback, and a commitment to excellence in every dish are essential.Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:Experience managing a high-volume salad and deli station with a wide variety of toppings and scratch-made items, including hummus, pasta salads, crudité, grilled vegetables, composed salads, granola, croutons, and proteinsAbility to quickly assess daily priorities and follow direction from the Sous Chef and Executive ChefStrong multitasking skills, including managing daily production and preparing for upcoming serviceExcellent organization, time management, and a strong sense of urgency and efficiencyFriendly, team-oriented approach with strong communication and a positive presence in the kitchen and school communityMaintain a professional, respectful, and supportive work environmentSchedule: Monday - Friday 6 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Occasional evenings and catering events
