Cybersecurity Developer IV SailPoint
Pay Range: $60/hour to $85/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a
Cybersecurity Developer IV with strong SailPoint expertise to support the development, integration, and ongoing enhancement of identity and access management capabilities. This is a senior/staff-level opportunity for a developer who can lead complex technical initiatives, troubleshoot enterprise-scale provisioning issues, and help drive the evolution of security applications and platforms.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or Identity Security Cloud, strong development and integration skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with operations teams, application owners, architects, and other technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard and integrate applications into the SailPoint platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex, large-scale provisioning and integration issues.
Lead high-impact development and integration initiatives across multiple systems or domains.
Design and implement future-state application capabilities and contribute to platform evolution.
Develop and promote standards, frameworks, and best practices for secure application development and integration.
Partner with application owners, operations teams, architects, and other stakeholders to define and improve technical solutions.
Support the scalability, reliability, security, and long-term sustainability of identity and security applications.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other developers and technical resources.
Influence technical and architectural decisions related to security applications and identity management capabilities.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, platform capabilities, and overall engineering effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
810 years of relevant software development, application integration, or cybersecurity development experience.
Strong experience with SailPoint, including IdentityIQ and/or Identity Security Cloud.
Hands-on experience with application onboarding and provisioning integrations.
Demonstrated experience troubleshooting complex provisioning or integration issues.
Advanced knowledge of software development, system architecture, and application design.
Strong understanding of secure application development and integration principles.
Ability to lead complex technical initiatives and work effectively across multiple teams.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading large-scale or cross-functional technical initiatives.
Experience influencing platform, architecture, or technical direction.
SailPoint-related certifications.
Experience mentoring developers or providing technical leadership.
Experience working in enterprise cybersecurity, identity and access management, or security engineering environments.
