Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within the construction industry, bringing your expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and Engineering Design to the forefront. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality engineering solutions within the construction sector. Responsibilities:

1. Utilize your expert knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit to create detailed mechanical designs and plans for various construction projects.
2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful execution of projects, from conceptual design through to completion.
3. Conduct thorough analyses of mechanical systems, including simulations, risk assessments, and optimization studies.
4. Prepare and present detailed reports and design validations to stakeholders, ensuring all designs meet regulatory and safety standards.
5. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
6. Continually monitor industry trends and advancements in mechanical engineering, ensuring our organization remains at the forefront of the construction sector.
7. Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, maintaining a high level of professionalism and ensuring all queries are addressed in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree or Professional Engineer (PE) certification would be an advantage.
2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a mechanical engineering role within the construction industry.
3. Proven expertise in AutoCAD and Revit, with a strong portfolio of previous design work.
4. Excellent knowledge of engineering design principles and construction methodologies.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex engineering challenges.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
7. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
8. A strong commitment to safety, with knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations within the construction industry.
9. A proactive approach, with the ability to take initiative and work independently when required.
