Safety Manager

Location: Port Washington, WI Pay Rate: $49-$51/hr Per Diem: $125/day Duration: 2+ Years Schedule: 60 Hours Weekly (6x10s, 1st Shift)️ Scope: Electrical contractor working on a Microsoft data centerWHAT YOU WILL OWN Conduct daily safety observations throughout the jobsite Perform regular field inspections and document findings Maintain a strong boots-on-the-ground presence with crews Identify hazards and support corrective actions Promote compliance with site safety requirements Work closely with field supervision to reinforce safe work practices Help develop and maintain a proactive safety cultureWHAT YOU NEED• OSHA 30 (Required)• 5+ years of construction safety experience (Required)• Strong communication and field leadership skills• Electrical construction experience is a plus• Data center experience is a huge plusSecure 2+ years of work, consistent overtime, and daily per diem on a premier data center project.
