Job Title: Operations Manager
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Work Schedule: 100% On-Site
Travel: Approximately 10%
Compensation: Approximately $90K/yr. DOE + Bonus Potential + Comprehensive Benefits + 401(k) with up to 5% Match

Requirements:
· 5+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience
· Hands-on machining and/or production-floor experience
· Experience managing budgets, costs, and margins
· Strong team leadership and accountability experience
· Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience
· ERP and production scheduling systems experience
· Strong Excel skills
· Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience

Preferred:
· Machine rollers, motor-driven rollers, or conveyor systems experience
· Equipment or material-handling manufacturing experience
· Variable-speed drives and/or conveyor automation experience
· Experience utilizing AI tools for production planning, reporting, predictive maintenance, or operational decision-making

Job Details

Our client is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing and production operations within a growing industrial organization. This role will drive safety, quality, efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement while helping scale and strengthen the operation for future growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead daily manufacturing and production-floor operations
· Drive safety, quality, productivity, efficiency, and operational KPIs
· Lead Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
· Manage and develop production teams while driving performance and accountability
· Oversee production scheduling, workflow, and resource utilization
· Manage operating budgets and understand costs, margins, and financial performance
· Translate operational results into measurable business and financial impact
· Partner with leadership to improve processes, systems, and operational infrastructure
· Support implementation of new equipment, technology, and manufacturing capabilities
