Safety Manager

One of my top clients, a commercial contractor in the OKC area, is looking to add a Safety Manager. This role leads safety programs across active projects. It's a good fit for someone who builds a strong safety culture on site.

 

Responsibilities:

-Manage and update the company safety program

-Run jobsite inspections and audits

-Lead safety training and orientations

-Investigate incidents and track corrective actions

-Keep OSHA records and reporting current

 

Requirements:

-5+ years of construction safety experience

-OSHA 30 required, OSHA 500 or CHST preferred

-Strong knowledge of OSHA construction standards

-Comfortable working with field crews and leadership
