Job Details

Lead company-wide construction safety initiatives and programs
Conduct regular jobsite safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
Ensure compliance with OSHA, federal, state, and local safety regulations
Develop and implement site-specific safety plans
Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety concerns and recommend corrective actions
Conduct safety orientations and ongoing training for employees and subcontractors
Coach Superintendents and Project Managers on safety best practices
Monitor subcontractor safety performance and compliance
Maintain OSHA logs, safety records, and compliance documentation
Identify hazards and implement corrective measures before incidents occur
Lead toolbox talks, safety meetings, and training sessions
Track and report safety metrics and key performance indicators
Support project teams during preconstruction and planning activities
Assist with insurance, compliance, and workers' compensation matters
Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and employee engagement
