Safety Director, Steel Fab (The Woodlands, TX)

Looking for a safety leadership role with real authority? A structural steel fabrication company with three local shops is hiring a Safety Director immediately. You'll oversee safety at all three locations and report directly to leadership.

What you'll do

• Keep all 3 fabrication shops OSHA compliant through inspections, audits and incident investigations
• Own and grow the safety program across every shop
• Measure safety performance and share the results with leadership
• Teach crews and shop leaders safe fabrication practices
• Catch hazards early and put corrective actions in place

What we're looking for

• Safety leadership experience in structural steel fabrication or a similar industrial/manufacturing environment
• Ability to oversee safety at multiple local sites
• Solid working knowledge of OSHA standards
• Steel erection safety experience will also be considered

Compensation & benefits

• $100K–$120K base salary
• Bonus based on company performance
