Position Summary<\/b>

As a Safety Coordinator, you will be on the front lines of our mission, working directly with a diverse portfolio of clients in industries like manufacturing, construction, and logistics. You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring safety programs, conducting site assessments, delivering training, and serving as a hands -on resource for our partners. This role is perfect for a developing safety professional with 1 -3 years of experience who is eager to grow, learn, and contribute to a mission -driven organization.

Key Responsibilities: How You'll Make an Impact<\/b>

• Partner with Clients:<\/b> Serve as a primary safety point -of -contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships based on trust and expertise.

• Conduct Site Assessments:<\/b> Perform regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards, non -compliance issues (OSHA 1910 & 1926), and opportunities for cultural improvement.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Deliver Engaging Training:<\/b> Lead toolbox talks, safety stand -downs, and assist with formal training sessions (e.g., Hazard Communication, PPE) to empower client employees with critical safety knowledge.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Support Incident Investigation:<\/b> Assist in the investigation of incidents and near -misses, focusing on identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective actions that prevent recurrence.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Develop Safety Documentation:<\/b> Help create and update site -specific safety plans, Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Lockout/Tagout procedures, and other essential safety documents.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Champion the Culture of Care:<\/b> Actively promote proactive safety measures, celebrate safety wins, and coach frontline supervisors and employees on best practices.
  <\/p><\/li>

• Maintain Records:<\/b> Ensure all safety -related documentation, including training records, inspection reports, and incident logs, is accurately maintained and readily accessible.

  Requirements<\/h3>

  What We're Looking For: The Ideal Candidate<\/b>
  <\/h3>

  Required Qualifications:<\/b>
  <\/p>

  • 1 -3 years of experience in an occupational health and safety role.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • OSHA 30 -Hour certification (Construction or General Industry).
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Solid understanding of OSHA standards (29 CFR 1910 and/or 1926).
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. You can confidently and clearly communicate with everyone from frontline workers to site managers.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regular travel to client sites within the DFW area.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • A true passion for protecting people and a belief in our care -first philosophy.
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Preferred Qualifications (Nice -to -Haves):<\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Experience in high -risk industries such as construction or manufacturing.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Additional safety certifications (e.g., ASP, GSP, CHST).
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Experience delivering safety training to groups.
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>
