What You'll Do (Primary Responsibilities)
1. Consulting & Administrative Support
- Project Partnership: Assist senior consultants with safety programs, assessments, and client deliverables.
- Logistics & Organization: Coordinate client meetings, site visits, presentations, travel arrangements, and project mobilizations.
- Data & Tracking: Maintain accurate databases, build project trackers, manage consultant calendars, and track employee certifications and training records.
- File Management: Keep electronic and physical project files organized with strict version control.
2. Field Safety Inspections & Compliance
- Hazard Identification: Participate in routine jobsite and facility safety inspections to spot unsafe conditions or behaviors.
- Documentation & Follow-Up: Take detailed inspection notes and photographs, log observations, and track the completion of corrective actions.
- Regulatory Support: Help clients align with OSHA standards, review workplace practices for compliance gaps, and research regulatory questions alongside senior staff.
3. Safety Documentation & Training
- Content Creation: Help develop and maintain site-specific safety plans, forms, checklists, Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs).
- Engaging Safety Meetings: Assist in preparing and delivering bilingual toolbox talks, safety orientations, and employee training sessions.
- Bilingual Outreach: Translate and communicate routine safety information clearly in both English and Spanish.
4. Incident & Risk Management
- Investigation Support: Help senior personnel gather evidence (photographs, witness statements, field records) for incident, injury, and near-miss investigations.
- Proactive Planning: Participate in hazard evaluations and risk assessment planning.
What You Bring (Minimum Qualifications)
- Certification:OSHA 30-Hour Certification in either Construction or General Industry (matching your assigned work environment).
- Language Skills:Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required. You must be able to comfortably deliver safety instructions, conduct training, and handle administrative data in both languages.
- Administrative Superpowers: A high level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail. You should feel right at home with digital documentation and cloud systems.
- Communication & Demeanor: Excellent written skills and a professional, approachable presence when interacting with clients and field personnel.
- Adaptability & Independence: The ability to work independently while remaining accountable, manage multiple deadlines, and stay flexible as project locations, schedules, and industries change.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 50%, accept temporary project assignments, and work varying schedules based on client needs.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
To thrive in the field, you will need the ability to:
- Stay Active: Stand, walk, and climb stairs/ladders on active industrial or construction sites for extended periods.
