Manage and evaluate team of Route Sales Representatives Maintain good business relationship with all customers Assist running routes to cover holidays and vacations Visit customers regularly to review account with customer Assist in renewing contracts with existing customers Report status on accounts and personnel to Service Manager Help maintain delivery fleet and promote safety habits amongst RSRs Coach Route Sales Representatives to maintain target key result areas

Requirements

Clean driving record Must be at least 21 years old Strong communication and organizational skills Out-going personality & customer service skills Managerial Experience Ability to operate commercial vehicle College coursework, or equivalent experience preferred (but not required) Ability to lift over 50 lbs Work in all elements of weather
