Position: Roofing Sales Manager

We’re hiring a high-performance Roofing Sales Manager to lead a growing team and drive serious revenue. If you can coach closers, build culture, and hit aggressive targets, this role offers base salary + overrides + performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

• Interview and hire motivated in-home sales representatives
• Train and coach team members on presentations, closing techniques, and handling objections
• Monitor daily and weekly sales performance metrics
• Conduct team meetings and provide ongoing field coaching

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in home improvement sales (roofing, siding, windows, or exterior services preferred)
• At least 2 years of experience leading or mentoring a sales team
• Proven record of strong sales performance
• Strong coaching and team development skills

Compensation
