Protecting the patient from injury caused by extraneous objects and chemical, electrical, laser, mechanical, and thermal sources.

Phaxis is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) in Danbury, CT where your contributions will make a meaningful impact on patient care and overall clinic operations. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Location - Danbury, CT
Position - RN OR Circulator
Schedule - Days, Monday - Thursday/Tuesday - Friday rotation

- 40 hours/week (4x10)

Responsibilities

• Assess patients at intervals as stated in policies and procedures.
• Protecting the patient from injury caused by extraneous objects and chemical, electrical, laser, mechanical, and thermal sources.
• Performing interventions necessary to ensure that the patient's procedure is performed on the correct site, side, and level.
• Communicating the patient's status to relevant parties throughout the continuum of care
• Administering medications safely and correctly.
• Evaluate the patient's progress toward attaining outcomes.
• Document nursing care accurately, completely, and legibly.

Requirements

• RN CT Nursing License is required
• BLS and ACLS is required
• At least 1 year of OR RN experience is required!
