New Leaf Wellness is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse to join our growing healthcare team. We are a Natural Hormone Therapy and Wellness Clinic dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal health through personalized care and innovative wellness solutions!
Our clinic specializes in bioidentical hormone pellet therapy, peptide therapy, weight management, vitamin injections, IV therapy, and other wellness services designed to help patients feel their best. We take a comprehensive approach to healthcare by focusing on identifying and addressing underlying imbalances while providing education, support, and individualized treatment plans.
At New Leaf Wellness, our patients choose us because they know we truly care. We are committed to providing exceptional patient care, maintaining the highest standards, and delivering quality services without compromise. The Registered Nurse plays a vital role in helping patients navigate their wellness journey while ensuring safe, effective, and personalized care.
Job Responsibilities:
Review patient lab results and collaborate with Providers to assist with individualized hormone and wellness treatment protocols
Perform bioidentical hormone pellet therapy procedures according to Provider-directed treatment plans
Support weight management protocols and patient care plans as directed
Administer vitamin injections, IV therapy, and other approved treatments
Educate patients on hormone health, treatment plans, and wellness goals
Communicate with Medical Directors, Providers, and the New Leaf Wellness nationwide clinical network regarding patient questions, treatment recommendations, and clinical findings
Maintain knowledge of applicable federal and state healthcare regulations, including HIPAA/privacy requirements
Address patient concerns and collaborate with the healthcare team to provide exceptional patient outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation and detailed patient charts
Ensure a safe, clean, and professional clinical environment while following nursing standards and company protocols
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize responsibilities
Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
Excellent documentation and charting abilities
Passion for patient education, wellness, and providing a personalized approach to healthcare
Previous experience in hormone therapy, functional medicine, IV therapy, weight management, or wellness is a plus but not required. Comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate.
