What You’ll Do
  • Provide high-quality patient care using the nursing process within scope of practice
  • Assess patient needs and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
  • Delegate tasks appropriately to licensed and ancillary team members
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with patients, families, and team
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and safety protocols
  • Support unit and department goals through professional practice and teamwork
What You Need
Required:
  • Current Louisiana RN license
  • BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
  • 2+ years of nursing experience
  • Proficiency with computer systems and documentation software
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred:
  • Certification in a clinical specialty area
