What Youll Do:- Provide high-quality patient care utilizing the nursing process in a fast-paced medical/surgical environment
- Assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families about care plans, post-discharge instructions
- Document patient information and progress thoroughly
- Lead and delegate tasks to licensed and ancillary team members
- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, safety standards, and legal regulations
- Maintain strict infection control practices in accordance with healthcare standards
What You Need:- Current RN license in the state of practice
- BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
- Minimum 2 years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
- Physical capability to perform heavy work (including exerting 50-100 pounds of force occasionally)
