What You’ll Do:
  • Provide high-quality patient care utilizing the nursing process in a fast-paced medical/surgical environment
  • Assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Educate patients and families about care plans, post-discharge instructions
  • Document patient information and progress thoroughly
  • Lead and delegate tasks to licensed and ancillary team members
  • Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, safety standards, and legal regulations
  • Maintain strict infection control practices in accordance with healthcare standards

What You Need:
  • Current RN license in the state of practice
  • BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
  • Minimum 2 years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
  • Physical capability to perform heavy work (including exerting 50-100 pounds of force occasionally)
