What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency care for diverse patient populations
• Perform patient assessments, vital sign monitoring, and intervention planning
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Use clinical judgment to respond swiftly to patient needs
• Document patient information accurately and timely
• Educate patients and families about care plans and procedures

What You Need

• Required:
  • Current Florida RN license
  • BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
  • Minimum 2 years of ER or acute care experience
• Preferred:
  • Additional clinical specialty certifications
  • Strong computer and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and judgment skills
