What You’ll Do:
Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients using the nursing process
Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and implement treatment strategies
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure positive patient outcomes
Supervise and support ancillary nursing staff while promoting a safe and healing environment
Educate patients and families regarding care plans, treatments, and discharge instructions
What You’ll Bring:
Active California RN license
BLS certification required
ACLS and PALS certifications required
Acute care nursing experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical thinking skills
