    • Shift: PM
    • Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
    • On-Call: Yes
    • Weekend/Floating Requirements: Only if called in
    • Patient Ratio: 1:1

    Interview Process

    • 1 Round Interview

    Requirements

    • Active RN License
    • BLS Certification
    • Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience
    • Strong experience with:
      • Open Heart Surgery
      • Open Vascular Surgery
      • Endovascular Procedures

    Job Summary

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
    • Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes effectively with physicians and care teams.
    • Provide safe and quality nursing care based on established standards and protocols.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
    • Educate patients, families, and healthcare staff throughout the care process.
    • Maintain patient confidentiality, dignity, and advocacy.
    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities.
