    Position Overview

    As a Clinical Manager (RN), you will:

    • Lead and coordinate clinical activities to ensure high-quality patient care.
    • Set department goals and priorities aligned with organizational objectives.
    • Oversee patient services across all age groups, ensuring a continuum of care.
    • Provide direct supervision and leadership to clinical staff.
    • Drive innovation in patient care and process improvements.

    Qualifications

    • Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
    • Experience:
      • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in a specialty area or management.
      • 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
    • Licensure & Certifications:
      • Active RN License in New Mexico or compact state license.
      • CPR Certification (required).
