The  Customer Service Representative (CSR) will take inbound calls from clients and potential clients on a daily basis.
In addition other function duties will be required including check processing and insurance examination.
The CSR will also perform other duties as assigned.
  • Take inbound calls from clients
  • Function based processes
  • Accurately enter case notes into database
  • Maintain quality score of 97 or better
  • Special research
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Observe professional standards of conduct, including attendance, professional behavior, and dress code.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and management

  • Ability to track projects for timely follow-up and completion
  • Client notes will be required to be entered in to the system.
  • Other data entry is also required to process payments and update the case system
