The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will take inbound calls from clients and potential clients on a daily basis.
In addition other function duties will be required including check processing and insurance examination.
The CSR will also perform other duties as assigned.
- Take inbound calls from clients
- Function based processes
- Accurately enter case notes into database
- Maintain quality score of 97 or better
- Special research
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Observe professional standards of conduct, including attendance, professional behavior, and dress code.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and management

- Ability to track projects for timely follow-up and completion
- Client notes will be required to be entered in to the system.
- Other data entry is also required to process payments and update the case system
