Job Responsibilities

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly agile and well-rounded Risk Professional to support the Enterprise Risk team. This role will focus on risk assessments, policy management, risk identification, controls, products and services, risk appetite, taxonomy, governance, and related risk activities.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a broad understanding of Enterprise Risk, and the ability to support multiple risk-related initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Enterprise Risk leads and directors with BAU reporting, risk assessments, governance, issues management, controls, and projects.
Support annual and quarterly risk activities and related Enterprise Risk processes.
Assist with risk identification, risk assessments, risk taxonomy, policy management, and risk appetite activities.
Support the management and monitoring of risks, controls, and issues.
Work across products and services to support Enterprise Risk requirements.
Contribute to Enterprise Risk reporting, governance, and project activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and communicate risk-related information effectively

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Strong experience within Enterprise Risk / Risk Management.
Strong understanding of risk assessments, risk identification, controls, governance, and issues management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Highly agile, adaptable, and well-rounded risk professional.
Banking or financial services experience preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Strong experience with Archer is a major plus, particularly in an existing Archer environment.
Experience with OpenPages or other GRC platforms is also acceptable and transferable.
Experience with risk taxonomy and policy management.
Experience supporting risk appetite and products/services risk activities.
CISSP or CRISC certification is nice to have but not mandatory.
