Client Overview:
A contemporary women's fashion brand is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to support its retail team. This is a customer-facing opportunity for someone who enjoys building client relationships, providing an elevated shopping experience, and working as part of a collaborative retail team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
$25/hr

Position Overview:
The Retail Sales Associate will provide exceptional customer service, support daily sales floor operations, and help drive store goals. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of women's retail experience, communicates professionally with customers, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities of the Retail Sales Associate:
  • Provide exceptional client service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products accordingly.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of women's products and brand offerings.
  • Support daily sales floor operations and maintain visual standards.
  • Assist with merchandising, restocking, and organization of the sales floor.
  • Build rapport with clients and support ongoing customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the retail team to achieve store goals and maintain brand standards.
  • Assist with additional retail sales responsibilities as needed.
Required Experience/Skills for the Retail Sales Associate:
  • 1-2 years of retail experience.
  • Women's retail experience required.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally and confidently with customers.
  • Client-focused and personable approach.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends.
  • Professional and polished presentation.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Retail Sales Associate:
  • Luxury or contemporary women's fashion retail experience.
  • Experience working toward sales goals.
  • Clienteling or customer relationship experience.
  • Experience with merchandising and maintaining visual standards.
  • Experience working in an elevated retail environment.
Education Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
