About the Role:Bright Horizon Care is looking for a driven and personable Restoration Sales Representative to join our growing team in Huntington Beach, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to build meaningful relationships, help clients through challenging times, and grow your career in the thriving restoration industry.
Responsibilities:- Prospect and develop new business relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and contractors
- Present and promote restoration services including water, fire, mold, and storm damage remediation
- Conduct on-site assessments and provide clients with tailored restoration solutions
- Manage and grow an existing client portfolio while consistently pursuing new leads
- Collaborate with operations and project management teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM software
- Represent Bright Horizon Care LLC at networking events, trade shows, and community outreach initiatives
Requirements:- 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in restoration, construction, or a related industry
- Strong understanding of the insurance claims process and restoration workflows is a plus
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic business software
