As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will help lead daily operations to deliver outstanding guest experiences, ensure smooth service execution, and foster an engaging and motivated team environment.
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
Oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring all service standards are consistently met.
Lead by example and assist associates during service to maintain a hands-on and guest-focused approach.
Implement and uphold all White Lodging Way (WLW) training, certification materials, and scenography standards.
Monitor dining times, seating rotations, and shift capacities to ensure smooth operations.
Schedule and manage associates according to staffing guides and forecasts.
Maintain accurate associate documentation, performance reviews, and REX/RAP evaluations.
Promote teamwork, accountability, and a culture of hospitality through consistent communication and coaching.
What You’ll Bring
Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a high-volume restaurant.
Strong organization, planning, and team development skills.
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and Micros POS systems.
Excellent customer focus and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to lift or carry up to 40 pounds and move between hot and cold environments as needed.
College degree preferred.
