    About the Role

    We are seeking an operational leader to lead a professional team in The Woodlands, TX. In this role, you will champion daily operations across a high-volume, upscale full-service dining environment. You’ll lead floor operations, elevate hospitality standards, curate exceptional guest experiences, and serve as an empathetic, culture-first leader to a large team of hospitality professionals.

    Key Responsibilities

    Guest Experience & Operational Excellence

    • Direct high-volume dining shifts with precision, active floor presence, and composure under pressure.

    • Deliver polished, memorable guest experiences while quickly resolving guest inquiries with grace and warmth.

    • Partner with culinary and beverage leaders to ensure flawless service timing, presentation, and quality control.

    People & Culture Leadership

    • Cultivate a supportive, inclusive, and high-performance team environment rooted in professionalism and care.

    • Lead, mentor, and coach front-of-house staff (servers, bartenders, hosts, and support teams).

    • Drive hiring, onboarding, continuous service training, and personal development initiatives for team members.

    Beverage & Financial Management

    • Leverage deep beverage knowledge (wine, craft cocktails, and spirits) to support menu execution, inventory controls, and staff education.

    • Manage labor, prime costs, and daily operational budgets to achieve financial performance targets without compromising the guest experience.

    • Participate in routine P&L reviews, inventory audits, and operational cost controls.

    What We Are Looking For

    • Experience: 3+ years of full-service management experience in a high-volume, upscale or fine-dining restaurant.

    • Beverage Expertise: Strong foundational knowledge of spirits, craft cocktail preparation, and wine pairings (certifications like WSET or Sommelier are a plus).

    • Leadership Approach: Caring, professional, and team-centric leadership style with a track record of developing staff and maintaining low turnover.

    • Financial Acumen: Comfort managing key P&L levers, POS software, scheduling tools, and inventory management platforms.

    • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and peak holiday operational hours.
