Qualified candidates will have:
2 to 4 years of relevant management experience
Excellent references with stable job history
Ability to work 8 to 10 hour shifts on your feet
Expertise in training and development of staff
Clear leadership qualities
Committed and demonstrable knowledge of food and beverage
Four-year college degree preferred but not required
