ABOUT THE ROLE

The Restaurant Manager will bring the Amara experience to life by leading the daily operation of the Club's restaurant and food and beverage service while creating thoughtful dining experiences that reflect the warmth, professionalism, and personalized hospitality that define Amara Golf & Social Club.  Working closely with the Restaurant General Manager, Culinary team, and Club leadership, you will oversee daily service execution, team development, member engagement, and operational readiness while fostering an environment where exceptional hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine relationships are at the center of every dining experience.  Through visible leadership, coaching, and a commitment to operational excellence, you will help ensure every meal strengthens the connection between our members and the Club.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Three (3) or more years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience, including supervisory responsibility within fine dining restaurants, private clubs, luxury hotels, resorts, or other hospitality-focused environments.
• Demonstrated success leading service teams while creating exceptional dining experiences built upon personalized hospitality, operational excellence, and relationship-driven service.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service sequencing, reservations, labor management, scheduling, sanitation standards, food safety practices, inventory controls, and point-of-sale systems.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams while fostering collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage residents, members, guests, and team members with warmth, confidence, and professionalism.
• Food Handler Certification and Responsible Beverage Service certification, or the ability to obtain and maintain required certifications in accordance with state and local regulations.
• Ability to thrive within a fast-paced, evolving hospitality environment while exercising sound judgment, maintaining composure, and adapting to changing operational priorities.
• Ability to work in fast-paced high-touch environments.
• Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied schedules as needed.
