Now Hiring: Restaurant Manager (Front of House Focus)
What We’re Looking For
Energetic, organized, and experienced in both FOH & BOH operations
A self-starter with strong multitasking skills and a keen eye for detail
Excellent communicator and true team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Proven leadership with the ability to motivate and support staff
Hands-on manager willing to jump in wherever needed — from guest interaction to kitchen support, scheduling, ordering, or light maintenance
Open to feedback and passionate about continuous improvement
Dedicated to upholding Hyman’s standards for service, hospitality, and team culture
Schedule & Culture
Rotating 4 days on / 2 days off schedule (~50 hours per week)
Strong emphasis on work-life balance
Direct collaboration with ownership and support from a hands-on leadership team

Benefits & Compensation
Competitive salary: $65,000–$75,000 annually, depending on experience
