Restaurant Manager — Philadelphia, PA

High-energy, food-and-games entertainment destination

Salary of $60-70k, benefits, sign on bonus, and bonus potential!

About the Role

We’re hiring a hands-on Restaurant Manager to run the restaurant and bar side of a busy eat-and-play venue that serves lunch, dinner, late-night, and large group events in Philadelphia, PA. You’ll lead service, drive hospitality standards, and partner closely with culinary, beverage, and games/operations teams to deliver a seamless guest experience from the dining room to the midway.

What You’ll Own

  • Daily FOH leadership across dining room, bar, and private events; set the tone for guest service, speed, and cleanliness.
  • Hire, train, coach, and schedule a large hourly team (servers, bartenders, hosts, support); build bench strength and develop shift leads.
  • Control labor and food/beverage costs: write smart schedules, monitor comps/voids, manage pour costs, and hit budgeted metrics.
  • Maintain food safety and alcohol compliance (ServSafe/RAAMP or equivalent), run line checks, temp logs, and audits; partner with kitchen on quality and timing.
  • Drive sales through upselling, promotions, LTOs, and flawless execution of group events, parties, and corporate buyouts.
  • Resolve guest issues in the moment, protect reviews, and create regulars in a high-volume, high-energy environment.
  • Partner with the GM and operations team on inventory, ordering, receiving, and vendor follow-up; keep pars tight and waste low.
  • Champion culture: clear communication, pre-shift huddles, accountability, and a fun, team-first environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of restaurant management (full-service, high-volume preferred; entertainment/ nightlife experience a plus).
  • Strong P&L literacy—labor, COGS, comps, and controllable costs; comfortable with POS reporting and Excel.
  • Proven ability to build and retain teams; coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Nights/weekends/holidays availability; able to work a flexible, peak-driven schedule.
  • ServSafe Manager certification and valid alcohol service credentials (or ability to obtain quickly).
  • Philadelphia, PA based with reliable transportation.

Comp & Details

  • Competitive base salary + bonus potential (based on sales, labor, and guest metrics).
  • Benefits package (medical/dental/vision), PTO, and growth opportunities within a national entertainment & dining brand.
  • Philadelphia, PA location.
