Restaurant Manager | AGM Level | Salary to 85k

Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager in the Downtown Denver area. The ideal Restaurant Manager is an energetic, outgoing leader who inspires their team, delivers exceptional hospitality, drives operational and financial success, and proudly represents the brand in every guest, employee, and community interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead with energy and enthusiasm while creating a fun, guest-focused culture built on exceptional hospitality
• Partner with the General Manager to maintain operational excellence, product quality, and brand standards
• Drive sales and profitability through team development, local marketing initiatives, and sound financial management
• Serve as a strong brand ambassador by building positive relationships with guests, team members, vendors, and the community

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: up to $85,000

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of current Restaurant Manager experience at a Full-Service concept
• High volume background – must have Restaurant Manager experience in establishments doing over $5 million per year in sales
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
• Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
• Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
