Your Role and Responsibilities
Business Leadership
- Drive revenue growth and cost control with full P&L ownership.
- Innovate strategies for enhancing top-line performance.
- Identify and leverage opportunities to strengthen market positioning.
Operations & Guest Experience
- Ensure exceptional service across all operations with a focus on quality.
- Maintain a strong floor presence to engage guests and elevate service standards.
- Implement unique service enhancements such as wine presentations and VIP experiences.
Team Leadership & Development
- Build and nurture a high-performing team committed to service excellence.
- Cultivate a culture of accountability and professionalism.
- Guide team members to excel in performance and product knowledge.
Food, Beverage & Wine Strategy
- Collaborate with culinary leaders to refine menu offerings.
- Oversee a profitable beverage and wine program.
- Manage vendor relationships to optimize quality and cost.
Events & Programming
- Lead the execution of private events and large functions with precision.
- Partner with sales and marketing to boost event revenue and engagement.
- Ensure seamless coordination of all banquet and group business.
Qualifications
- Food Handler's Certificate, TABC Certification, and TIPS required.
- 5+ years in progressive food & beverage leadership roles.
- Proven success in upscale dining operations.
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and inventory control.
- Proficiency in POS systems (Agilysys preferred) and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Experience
- Experience as a General Manager in fine dining.
- Success in driving revenue growth and enhancing profitability.
- Background in multi-outlet operations including events.
- Advanced knowledge of wine, spirits, and hospitality trends.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
