What You’ll Do:
Lead daily restaurant operations with a strong floor presence—you’re not managing from the office
Train, coach, and inspire a high-performing team
Drive key performance metrics including labor, food cost, and guest satisfaction
Oversee staffing, scheduling, and shift execution
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence
Create a culture of teamwork, respect, and accountability
What We’re Looking For:
Experience managing in fast food, fast casual, or full-service restaurants
A hands-on leadership style—you lead by doing
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Open availability, including weekends and overnights
High energy and a genuine passion for developing people
