Chick-fil-A® Blakeney is seeking an experienced Restaurant Director to lead daily operations, develop people, uphold standards, and drive restaurant performance.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is confident, adaptable, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality and team development.

• Schedule: Open availability for opening, mid, and closing shifts, including Saturdays

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations in a high-volume environment
• Execute Chick-fil-A® standards for hospitality, food safety, quality, and cleanliness
• Coach, develop, and hold Team Members and leaders accountable
• Support staffing, deployment, productivity, and operational efficiency
• Monitor performance and implement solutions
• Address guest concerns professionally
• Develop future leaders and support succession planning
• Partner with Executive Leadership on restaurant goals and priorities
• Maintain urgency, accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
• Lead by example with professionalism, integrity, and a service-focused mindset

• Experienced restaurant leader with strong operational knowledge

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant leadership or management experience required
• High-volume or quick-service restaurant experience preferred
• Previous Chick-fil-A® leadership experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and maintain operational standards
• Experience with performance management, labor efficiency, or restaurant results preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Open availability for opening, mid, and closing shifts, including Saturdays
• Willingness to work outdoors when needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or carry up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
