Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Field Sales Electrician to join our team. This role is ideal for a technician who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work and customer satisfaction, and is confident in quoting and executing their own jobs. Technicians are dispatched to pre-scheduled appointments at residential and commercial locations.
This Isn't New Construction. We work exclusively in occupied residential homes and businesses.

Responsibilities: 

• Travel to customer homes and businesses to perform on-site electrical troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs with pre-set company provided appointments.
• Estimate and price electrical work on the spot, including providing clear explanations and recommendations to customers.
• Present repair, replacement, and upgrade options based on the customer's needs by educating customers without using high-pressure sales tactics.
• Build rapport and establish trust with customers through clear communication and professional service.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform safety inspections and identify opportunities to improve the home's electrical system.
• Deliver a five-star experience on every call.

Qualifications: 

• Journeyman Electrician License preferred
• at least 4 years previous experience as an Electrician
• Experience with estimating and quoting jobs in the field
• Sales experience 
• Experience with Service Titan preferred
• Valid Driver’s License 
• Clean driving record
• Ability to work efficiently unsupervised 
• Professional appearance and courteous personality with good customer service skills
