We're looking for a Residential Remodeling Project Manager who enjoys leading projects from start to finish while building lasting relationships with homeowners, subcontractors, and our team.

      Competitive salary of $80,000-$85,000, based on experience

      Manage quality custom remodeling projects - not high-volume production homes

      Typically oversee just 2-4 active projects at a time, allowing you to stay organized and deliver exceptional results

What You'll Do

As our Project Manager, you'll oversee residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through final completion while ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the high standards our clients expect.

Responsibilities include:

      Manage 2-4 residential remodeling projects simultaneously

      Review project plans and scopes before construction begins

      Develop and maintain project schedules

      Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trade partners

      Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout construction

      Conduct regular job site visits to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to plans

      Monitor project budgets and approve subcontractor invoices upon satisfactory completion

      Work closely with estimating and leadership to manage costs and project changes

      Proactively identify and solve problems before they impact the schedule or client experience

      Ensure projects comply with company standards, building codes, and safety requirements

      Provide regular progress updates to clients and company leadership

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is an experienced residential construction professional who enjoys leading people, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications include:

      3+ years of Project Management experience in residential remodeling or custom home construction

      Strong understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and building practices

      Excellent organizational and time management skills

      Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

      Ability to confidently manage multiple moving parts while maintaining attention to detail

      Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving

      Comfortable using construction management software (JobTread, Buildertrend, Procore, CoConstruct, or similar is a plus)

      Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
