About the Role: Are you a skilled attorney with experience in evictions, code enforcement, and small claims? Join our team and help landlords, property managers, and investors navigate legal processes efficiently. This is a high-impact role where you'll manage a fast-paced caseload, advocate for clients, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Location: Charlotte, North Carolina & Columbia, South Carolina
    Experience Required: 3 5 years in eviction-related legal matters
    Bar Membership: Active in North Carolina and South Carolina
What You'll Do:
  • Lead eviction cases draft, review, and approve legal pleadings.
  • Handle disputes represent clients in mediations, depositions, and hearings (telephonic and in-person).
  • Client collaboration provide legal guidance and regular updates.
  • Legal strategy navigate complex residential property matters.
What We're Looking For:
  • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited institution.
  • 3 5 years of eviction-related legal experience.
  • Active Bar Membership in North and South Carolina.
  • Strong case management skills ability to handle high volumes efficiently.
  • Exceptional communication comfortable with client systems, calls, and emails.
