landlords, property managers, and investors navigate legal processes efficiently. This is a
high-impact role where you'll manage a
fast-paced caseload, advocate for clients, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Location: Charlotte, North Carolina & Columbia, South Carolina
Experience Required: 3 5 years in eviction-related legal matters
Bar Membership: Active in North Carolina and South Carolina
What You'll Do:- Lead eviction cases draft, review, and approve legal pleadings.
- Handle disputes represent clients in mediations, depositions, and hearings (telephonic and in-person).
- Client collaboration provide legal guidance and regular updates.
- Legal strategy navigate complex residential property matters.
What We're Looking For:- Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited institution.
- 3 5 years of eviction-related legal experience.
- Active Bar Membership in North and South Carolina.
- Strong case management skills ability to handle high volumes efficiently.
- Exceptional communication comfortable with client systems, calls, and emails.
Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have):
- Experience with code enforcement and small claims.
- Mediation and deposition expertise.
- Project management skills taking on legal initiatives beyond core duties.
- Multi-state practice experience.
