What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
• Identify electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and mechanical issues.
• Explain findings and recommended solutions clearly to homeowners.
• Complete repairs safely, efficiently, and according to manufacturer and company standards.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements or replacement when appropriate.
• Complete accurate service notes, photos, estimates, and required documentation.
• Protect customers’ homes and maintain a clean, professional work area.
• Maintain assigned tools, equipment, vehicle, and truck inventory.
• Coordinate with dispatch, customer service, installation, and other field teams.
• Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and customer-service training.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• EPA certification required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage service calls from diagnosis through completion.
• Commitment to safe, high-quality workmanship.
• Comfortable using tablets, mobile applications, and field service software.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
