Residential Home Administrator /Program Manager

Home of Guiding Hands is seeking an experienced Group Home Administrator / Residential Program Manager to provide leadership and oversight for our residential program supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
This is a key leadership position within Residential Services. The Administrator has 24-hour responsibility for the health, safety, programs, and services of residents within their assigned home(s) and plays an important role in ensuring our residents receive consistent, high-quality care.

What You'll Do
- Provide leadership and oversight of assigned residential home(s)
- Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate residential staff
- Ensure appropriate staffing and scheduling to meet resident needs
- Coordinate resident services, schedules, assessments, staffing, and Individual Service Plans
- Monitor programs and resident progress and make adjustments when needed
- Partner with families, day programs, schools, healthcare providers, and other community partners
- Ensure resident rights, health, safety, and quality of care
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and participate in licensing surveys
- Manage the department budget and monitor financial records
- Coordinate physician appointments and other resident healthcare needs
- Maintain accurate documentation, payroll/time sheets, staffing requests, and required records
- Ensure agency policies and procedures are followed throughout the program
What We're Looking For
- Current Group Home Administrator Certificate required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and/or adults with developmental disabilities
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and staff-management skills
- Knowledge of applicable regulations and residential care requirements
- Ability to recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff
- Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- PRO Act certification required
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule and provide coverage when operationally necessary
