The Role: We are looking for a highly organized Bilingual Mandarin Business Administrator to support our internal departments. In this dynamic role, you will get to know all aspects of our company and be involved in a wide range of projects and company initiatives that drive our growth. Utilizing your organizational skills, superb customer service, and administrative expertise, you will be a vital part of our esteemed healthcare facility.

What You'll Do:

Cross-Functional Support: Assist in the development and implementation of department systems, procedures, and company-wide initiatives.
Data & Records Management: Proactively establish and maintain highly organized filing systems; ensure the daily upkeep of Google Sheets and other IT tools with accuracy and speed.
Communication: Compose, type, and distribute professional correspondence and memoranda; confidently make outgoing phone calls to clients and partners.
Problem Solving: Exercise independent judgment to resolve issues, knowing when to handle matters independently and when to escalate them to management.
Administrative Excellence: Handle confidential files with the utmost discretion and perform general office duties (filing, photocopying, mailing, etc.) to keep the team running smoothly.
Additional Duties: Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned by management.
What You Bring:

Education: Bachelor's degree required. (A degree in Biology or Life Sciences is highly preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on administrative assistant experience. (Prior sales experience is a huge plus!)
Language Skills: Fully bilingual with fluent reading, writing, and speaking abilities in both English and Mandarin.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Sheets (required) as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Core Competencies: * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Superb customer service and project management abilities.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
